What is the most satisfying part of your work?
It is a great feeling to see people grow both personally and professionally. When people make a difference for themselves while making a difference for our clients, as well as for Lynxeye. And when that occurs simultaneously, I find that a rather satisfying loop to be part of.
What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
That you are in charge of your own career! You can’t expect everything to go as planned – and that is a fantastic thing. Learning, development and growth is impossible without letting go of the control panel sometimes.
—I believe that wisdom and inspiration can be found in many places. Both in a playful and quite serious way, the quote “Do or do not. There is no try.” sums up my entire perspective on life.
What inspires you at the moment?
I am generally inspired by people and businesses who dare to disrupt the status quo, on any level, at any given time. And I am inspired by those who are able to constantly stay up to date and make progress.
Most often, my inspiration comes from what I’m interested in and passionate about, like music, movies or sports. Things that connect how I live my life, in and outside of the office.
