When do we collect personal information?

- When you apply for jobs through our recruitment portal on Teamtailor;

Only Lynxeye will contact you using the contact information you provide, and we will only contact you under circumstances related to your registration.

Lynxeye Network and Alumni
If you are part of our network or a previous employee, Lynxeye will keep your contact details so that we are able to keep in touch, keep you updated about the company and upcoming events. We will not share your personal information to any third party unless you request it or we are required to do so by law. If you would like to be removed from our network, please contact us.

Social networking
Our website may allow you to sign-in with and associate your social network accounts to Lynxeye, for example on Teamtailor.
By associating your social network account with us or logging in to our career portal using your social network account credentials, you give us permission to access information that you have made available in your public profile for that social network account. The information available in your public profile varies based on the social network and your settings, but may include your email address, real name, profile picture, gender, and location. We use the information we receive from your social network account in accordance with the social network’s terms of use and this Privacy Policy.
If you would like to disconnect a social media account from us, refer to the settings of that social network account and its provider.

Recruitment
If you would like to join Lynxeye and apply for a job through our career portal on Teamtailor (http://career.lynxeye.com/) or any of our recruitment events, you will be asked to give consent for us to keep and process any data and personal information you submit.
If you accept a job offer from us, any relevant personal data collected during your pre-employment period will become part of your personnel records and will be retained in accordance with our employee privacy policy. If we don’t employ you, we may still retain and use your personal data for a period of time for system administration purposes, or to consider you for potential future job opportunities, and to perform research in accordance with our recruitment policy.
