It is also possible to combine big data sources with more qualitative data in entirely new ways, to understand the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’. Also, the possibilities to conduct in-depth research using online interviewing tools are endless.
On the consumer side of the equation, there are major shifts in consumer demand happening as we speak. To name a few: the adoption to digital, fusion of global-local, and of course the major impacts in the wake of A.I.
