Once submitted, the recruitment team will review your application. If we find that your application is a match, we will reach out for a short phone interview. This call offers an excellent opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the role and working at Lynxeye.
The recruitment process going forward may vary depending on what role you have applied for. However, all of our recruitment processes consist of in-depth interviews, a personality- and capacity test, a meeting with our CEO, and finally contacting of references.
