Svenska Ostklassiker wanted to secure their future growth and make sure they were not losing ground among younger consumers. The team partnered with Lynxeye to strengthen their future market position.

Response

Lynxeye helped ensure future growth by identifying a younger customer segment. The team delivered market insights, segmentation and strategic target group selection, concept testing and brand strategy including communication guidelines for each cheese.

Impact

Following the project, Svenska Ostklassiker initiated implementation of the new strategies, starting with communication and new advertising campaigns, in the fall of 2023.
