I have worked with Talent Acquisition since 2018 in different roles, both at scale-ups and large international organizations. Before joining Lynxeye, I worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant where my two main assignments were Mobiento/Deloitte Digital and at Lantmännen. I have worked a lot with Employer Branding, search and creating overall structures for the recruitment process.

When do you love your work?
The most fulfilling aspect of my job is helping individuals secure their dream positions! I enjoy working with all facets of HR and Talent Acquisition as it offers a lot of variety.
