I have experience with Talent Acquisition since 2018 in different roles, both at scale-ups and large international organizations. Before joining Lynxeye, I worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant where my two main assignments were Mobiento/Deloitte Digital and at Lantmännen. I have worked a lot with Employer Branding, search and creating overall structures for the recruitment process.

When do you love your work?
The most satisfying part of my work is being able to assist in the process of offering someone their dream job! I like working with all parts of HR and Talent Acquisition! I really enjoy working with people, both candidates and employees.

That is Innocent. As a consumer, I feel that I can trust that their ingredients are natural. Not only do I love their juices and smoothies, but they also do a lot of good! They aim to be to be carbon neutral and give 10% of their profits to charity to help hungry children around the world.
