Having previously received this honor in 2004, 2008, and 2009, this latest win in 2024 reflects the hard work and commitment of our team, as well as our dedication to sustainable growth and innovation.
The Gazelle never comes easy and we are so thankful for all our clients, who trust us to help them navigate their current and future business conditions. Their continued commitment to us has enabled us to grow a fantastic group of colleagues, and a successful business.

The Gazelle Competition is Sweden’s most prestigious entrepreneur competition. It is organized by Sweden’s leading business publication, Dagens Industri (DI), and celebrates the country’s fastest-growing companies.
Since its inception in 2000, DI Gazelle been a mark for the fastest-growing businesses in Sweden. The idea is to celebrate companies that develop and challenge their industries, contribute to a strong, growing business sector, and, above all, create more jobs.
The Gazelle award is always a humble reminder of the importance of creating something you believe in with the right people and the right partner. This is a tribute to all the amazing people that are, and have been part of, creating the Lynxeye story over the last 25 years.
–Johan Ekelin
The concept of the “Gazelle” was created by American researcher David Birch.
A Gazelle company is a fast-growing business, and as Birch showed back in the 1980s, it is these companies that create the most new jobs.
We are hugely grateful for all the amazing people who make up Lynxeye today - you should see them, totally dedicated, fun to work with and with their heart in the right place.
