I love the way that Disney has managed to transform its offerings over the decades. They have stayed relevant by adapting to changing conditions while also preserving and honoring their heritage. They are both old and experienced, as well as innovative and exciting at the same time.
What is corporate purpose?
To me, having a purpose as a company means having a clear, collective understanding of why we exist, for whom, and why. It's wonderful to know what your purpose is, but when everyone in the company can truly feel that purpose, that's when the real magic happens.
