I hold a BSc in Business & Economics from Lund University and I’m currently pursuing an MSc in Business & Management at the Stockholm School of Economics.

Throughout my academic journey, I have complemented my studies with practical experience in consulting roles at several organizations, e.g., EY Consulting, Provexa Group, and 180 Degrees Consulting.

A truly purposeful company not only articulates its mission but also actively lives it through its culture, strategy, and operations.

Favourite purposeful brand?

While it may be a commonly used example, Patagonia stands out as a company that authentically integrates purpose into every strategic decision.

Their mission – “We’re in business to save our home planet” - is reflected in pioneering sustainable supply chains, encouraging conscious consumer behavior, and, notably, the founder’s decision in 2022 to donate most of the company’s value to a foundation supporting environmental causes.

This commitment ensures that all excess profits — estimated at nearly $100 million annually — are directed toward climate and conservation efforts, reinforcing their idea by having “earth as their only shareholder.”

What does purpose for companies mean to you?

To me, corporate purpose represents the fundamental reason a business exists beyond profit. The foundation lies in its simplicity - defining the meaningful change a company seeks to create - while its complexity comes from the challenge of consistently embodying that purpose across every interaction with all stakeholders.

A truly purposeful company not only articulates its mission but also actively lives it through its culture, strategy, and operations.
