I always to try have an insights-driven approach, combining human-centered design and analytics to touch emotions and behaviors. I’ve been lucky to get to spend more than 20 years shaping customer-centric business innovation, design- and branding.
I’ve worked internationally and with truly great people.
Before joining Lynxeye, I spent 8 years at McKinsey as a senior design expert and design director. I led projects within finance, telecom, retail, and advanced engineering, while also acting as an expert within customer experience, and product- and service design. Prior to that, co-founded and worked at the award-winning Swedish digital agency Some Guys.
My career has brought me work for companies like Scania, Philips lighting, Choice Hotels, Nordea Bank, Telia, Vodafone, Government of Dubai, Samsung and Unilever, helping out with:
- Design, development and scaling of new products and services;
- Establishing a customer-centric way of working, combining design thinking and agile methods;
- Connecting user needs with business strategy, to shape new business innovation and digital solutions.
—In my opinion, business impact alone is never enough. It must be in combination with an impact on people’s life and society to make a long-term sustainable change.
How have you created impact?
In my opinion, business impact alone is never enough. It must be in combination with an impact on people’s life and society to create a long-term sustainable change.
I am particularly proud of a project with one of the largest real estate companies in Europe. We innovated and created a new offering for how hundreds of thousands of people will work in the future. Traveling around in Europe, seeing these new offices come alive and how they change the quality of life for people, reminds me of what true impact is. That, while simultaneously knowing the great business impact for the real estate company.
Name a great purpose example
Mini Rhodini is a company that started with a clear purpose – designing and manufacturing children’s clothes in an ethical and sustainable way. Knowing the founders, I’ve seen how they spend a lot of time in the details and leveraging their purpose in everything they do.
