I’m a digital designer who loves to bring the big picture and the smallest details together.
Design Director Digital
Christian Crusius
I've spent the last 15 years translating user needs and business requirements into relevant and lasting digital experiences. Since I began my career in the digital design industry in 2009, I've had the pleasure of collaborating with a diverse range of industries, spanning from healthcare to music, air travel to communications. The need for a genuinely customer centric approach is not just a common theme but also an ever-expanding focus.
I've gained experience in agencies, worked as a freelancer, and been part of bootstrapped startup teams, consistently striving to craft meaningful experiences for users.
Name a great purpose example
Purpose, for me, is defined by honesty, an unmistakable focus, and the dedication to stay true to the chosen path. Leica does exactly that for photographers. They embody the purpose their tools provide to creatives to such a degree that no other player in the market dares to get too close.

When do you love your work?
Designing often involves helping other people organize their thoughts, asking uncomfortable questions, and doing a lot of motivational work. The moment when someone opens up and feels like they can speak freely is magical. I believe trust and respect are the biggest drivers of innovation.
