Throughout the years, and trust me there have been quite a few now, I've had the joy and honor of collaborating with brands such as Åhléns, NCC, TeliaSonera, Axfood/Garant, and most recently Klarna. At Klarna, I held the role of Brand Design Lead within the Global Brand Studio.

Name a great purpose example

During the years I worked with Garant, I was consistently impressed by their commitment to quality, ethics, and sustainability at every stage. From just an idea to a product on the shelf. I must admit, I may have a slight bias due to my involvement in creating communication and packaging design for them. However, even without any bias, Garant remains my go-to food brand that I want to fill my fridge with.

How have you created impact?

During my time at Klarna, I was involved in an initiative and campaign that resulted in a whopping 54% reduction in customer support tickets. This translated into tens of millions SEK saved in customer service expenses. A win-win: Klarna happy, customers happy. A good way to save money if you ask me.

What is inspires you?

Currently, it is very top of mind to mention tools like Midjourney, as they have the potential to bring new dimensions to a creative process.

However, I want to emphasize Snapchat, for being so bold a decade ago. They went ahead and launched an app with a user experience that deviated from best practices and norms, since they believed it would deeply resonate with their target audience. As we all know, their gamble paid off, as Snapchat has since become one of the leading SoMe platforms. Note: as a Gen X mother to Gen Z kids, this success is not in total favor for being social in real life.
